The 219-horsepower 4.0-liter Jaguar AJ6 inline-six is coupled to an automatic transmission. This naturally aspirated DOHC inline-six is fuel-injected, and was capable of bringing the XJS Convertible to a top speed of 141 mph when new. This hard to find powertrain and color combination gives this XJS an engaging driving character.

The engine sits in a very busy looking engine compartment that will amaze people at a car show when you pop the hood! It has four-wheel disc brakes and a four-wheel independent suspension.
