Fully overhauled in 2017 this "Long Door" Coupe with original chassis and body features a 1951 Ford Flathead 8RT (8BA) 239CI Engine with NOS Offenhauser aluminum heads and 4 bbl intake manifold along with a 390 cfm Holley carb., Fenton cast iron exhaust manifolds leading to dual exhaust, electronic ignition and 12 Volt "PowerGen" alternator designed to look like the original generator. Aluminum radiator. Running gear includes a 5 speed manual transmission with Overdrive, 10 inch Heavy Duty clutch, 1998 Ford Explorer Rear end with limited slip and 3.55:1 ratio gearing. Electric Power steering and 4 wheel power disc brakes with booster mounted under the floor. Beautiful red paint in overall excellent condition. All the body panels line up nicely and all the trim, badging and chrome is intact and in excellent condition. Original styled gray cloth interior in excellent condition including headliner with no rips or tears. Full dash with new gauges including dash mounted tach all in working order including the clock. Stereo with disc and MP3 mounted in glove box. Working old school heater. Car has also been completely converted to 12-Volt negative ground system. Seatbelt equipped.
