This 1955 Ford F-100 restomod was built to give you everything you
want. The classic lines are positively radiant in the sleek custom
two-tone. The leather-lined A/C interior is exceptionally comfy.
And the upgraded overdrive transmission lets you enjoy the
fuel-injected V8 power to the fullest.
Maroon and silver are some of the most sophisticated colors around,
and so it's awesome to have them together on this pickup. Of
course, it only gets better when you can really see there was a
small fortune spent getting this two-tone right. You can tell they
made sure there were excellent panels before the first drop of the
paint went down to let the light roll evenly across the whole
truck. And just in case these were not distinctive enough, you also
have a black pinstripe providing a clear border all around this
truck. Plus, there are cool details, like the silver painted grille
and an attractive dip right at the base of the door. And with only
about 2k miles on the build, you'll have to look closely to see any
sign of it ever hitting the road. As a true American classic,
there's plenty of radiant brightwork on the bumpers, trim, and
upgraded Billet Specialties 17-inch wheels. And while the bed has
shining slats and a diamond plate backing, the most attractive part
really is the detailed real wood on the floor.
The two-tone treatment continues inside. The exterior maroon
returns on the metal parts of the door tops and dash. And a
tasteful gray is on the custom door panels, plush carpeting, and
nice headliner. Plus, the later model seating with a fold-down
armrest and supple leather makes this quite comfy. You can tell
there was an eye here for style where they kept everything quite
clean and smooth. This has the best in comfort with upgrades like
an AM/FM/CD stereo w/Bluetooth and cold-blowing air conditioning.
There are also plenty of driver-oriented features, like the Lecarra
sports steering wheel on a polished tilt column and a full set of
backlit VDO gauges.
The engine bay is just as show-worthy as the rest of this truck.
The dark inner walls make the polished elements pop and really show
off the overall tidy setup. At the heart is a 350 cubic-inch V8
built with nice features like an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake and
shorty headers feeding the dual exhaust. But what you'll like the
best is the FAST electronic fuel injection system that gives you
added power and consistency. It's supported by the right pieces,
like steel braided lines, upgraded pulleys, and an aluminum
radiator with an electric fan. Starting to get the full picture you
have a strong motor that's built for easy cruising. And the
four-speed automatic transmission has overdrive to make it great
for trips near or far. As you look underneath, you'll spot the
fully upgraded suspension with a Mustang II style front end, a
four-link rear, and adjustable coilovers all around. Add in power
steering, power brakes, front discs, and modern tires, and you know
why it's going to be irresistible to add to the low odometer.
Complete with service manuals, this is the kind of custom build
that will take you to car shows near and far in complete comfort.
So if you want a terrific truck that's unique and memorable, you
can't let this Ford slip away. Call today!!!
