Built and signed by Chip Foose, this '71 Chevelle was the first car
built for the hit TV show "Overhaulin'." Featured on the episode
"Parts Guy" (Season 1, Episode 1), this Chevelle is powered by a
350ci Edelbrock RPM V8 engine upgraded with Pro-Flow electronic
fuel-injection and ceramic-coated Doug's Headers as well as a
3-inch ceramic-coated Flowmaster American Thunder cat-back exhaust
system. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a GM TH200R 4-speed
automatic transmission sending drive to a 12-bolt posi-traction
rear end with 4.10 gears. The Chevelle rides on a Hotchkis
suspension and features Baer brakes at all four corners as well as
a set of Budnik wheels measuring 19 inches up front and 20 inches
in the rear mounted on a 3-inch drop spring. Inside the Chevelle
features the Super Sport interior package with Cobra racing seats
and Vintage Air climate control. The exterior features shaved door
handles, custom tucked-in bumpers and one of the first front
bumpers with the license plate pocket filled. The car comes with
custom Foose flames on the hood and trunk. Included in the sale is
the Build Sheet as well as diecast replicas of the car and multiple
magazines in which it was featured, including the cover of Hot Rod
