This 1968 Ford Bronco is a custom professional build by renowned
Bronco builder Maxlider Brothers Customs out of Bloomington, IL.
This is a fresh build completed in 2021 with just 77 miles since
completion. It is powered by a modern 5.0-liter Coyote crate engine
paired with a 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission, and a new
Atlas 2 transfer case. This Bronco sits on a Black Beard Broncos
custom chassis featuring a 4-link front and 3-link rear with Fox
coilover shocks at all four corners. The custom driveline also has
high-pinion Currie Rock Jock axles with heavy-duty Yukon Dana 60
and Dana 44 differentials. It also features a heavy-duty steering
assembly with Heim Joint steering linkage. A full custom distressed
leather interior provides a luxury driving experience and includes
leather-wrapped dash, front door panels, inner rear panels and
shift boots. A family-style interior cage is fitted with a full
bimini top. Stopping power is provided by a Hydro-Boost power
braking system with Wilwood master cylinder and Wilwood calipers
clamping on disc brakes all around. The completely modular engine
compartment is trimmed in custom-fabricated inner fender aprons and
finished in a matching satin paint. The panels can be unbolted to
gain complete access to the engine. Other modern features include
power steering, air conditioning, AMP Research powered running
boards and Maxlider Bros electro-vintage gauge cluster. It rides on
Fuel wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. It also
has an extra-capacity 23-gallon fuel tank and Ron Davis aluminum
radiator. The entire Bronco has been coated with CQuartz Finest
Reserve ceramic coating and then completely covered with XPEL paint
protection film.
