This award-winning 1970 Chevy Chevelle is a complete show-quality
custom build with attention to detail executed by Full Circle
Restorations and Rods of Madison, WI. Full body-off restoration
upgraded to a Pro-Touring build with modern technology. This
Chevelle is powered by a GM 6.2-liter LS3 V8 engine with a hot cam
producing 505hp and 450 ft/lbs of torque mated to a 4L70E 4-speed
automatic transmission, both professionally tuned. The Pro-Touring
treatment includes fully adjustable QA1 coilover suspension, Global
West tubular control arms, front and rear sway bars, 4-link rear
end, Wilwood disc brakes, 6-piston fronts, 4-piston rears, Baer
power-assisted master cylinder, drilled and slotted rotors, and a
Currie 9-inch Stage 2 Track-Lok differential with 3.70 gears. It is
all fitted to a Victory Gray powder-coated frame. The exterior is
expertly finished in Midnight Blue with House of Kolor Galaxy Gray
Rally stripes and covered with a gray canvas power convertible top.
Other upgrades include power steering, Hooker long-tube headers
feeding a 3-inch Pypes exhaust system with electric cutouts, Billet
Specialties Tru Trac black anodized serpentine system, Be Cool LS
Swap radiator with electric fan and Rick's Vapor Series gas tank
with in-tank pump. This Pro-Tourer rides on Vision Gunmetal wheels
with polished lip measuring 18x9.5 inches in the rear and 18x8.5
inches at the front, all wrapped in Bridgestone S-04 Pole Position
tires. The custom TMI Sport-XR gray suede interior has blue
accents, Dakota Digital gauges, power windows, shoulder belts, a
Classic Car stereo with Bluetooth and a Vintage Air cooling/heating
system. It won a Best Overall Street award at the 2016 Chicago
World of Wheels, Top Modified High Performance award at the 2015
Beloit Autorama and was Mitch Lanzini's pick at a local show.
