Finished in Green With Envy metallic pearl paint and three coats of
clear, this Pro-Touring Resto-Mod 1970 Dodge Challenger nicknamed
"Envy" underwent a comprehensive rotisserie restoration. It is
powered by a modern HEMI fuel-injected V8 crate engine backed by a
new TREMEC TKO-500 5-speed manual transmission with pistol-grip
shifter and a rear differential Mopar 8.75-inch with 3.23 gears.
Equipped with roller cam, aluminum heads, HEMI air intake, HEMI
serpentine aluminum pulley system, Be Cool aluminum radiator with
twin high-flow electric fans, Centerforce clutch and custom
hand-fabricated headers, as well as mandrel-bent 2.5-inch exhaust
with polished MagnaFlow mufflers and dual exhaust, Wilwood SSBC
4-wheel power disc brakes - all hosted by a fabricated, shaved and
painted engine bay. The frame, chassis and suspension were all
custom-installed and graphed, and includes an Art Morrison front
frame rail extension kit and subframe connectors, Art Morrison
upper and lower A-arms with adjustable coilover shocks and Hotchkis
lowered rear leaf springs with gas shocks. Special features include
new YEARONE 12-volt wiring, new reproduction fuel tank,
weatherstripping, bumpers, stainless trim, grill, bezels, emblems,
door handles, mirrors, gas cap, gas custom power windows utilizing
the original window crank handles, Art Morrison power rack & pinion
steering, Ididit Mopar steering wheel, tilt steering and a HEMI
ignition system. The interior is completely restored with correct
high-back black bucket seats with black suede inserts and
refurbished original gauges, as well as a custom Autosound stereo
system with a head unit, amp, subs with sub box and four internal
custom speakers. Rides on custom 20-inch wheels professionally
powder-coated in gloss black with custom Dodge logo center caps.
