Vehicle Description
This 1979 Ford F-350 4x4 underwent a professional frame-off
nut-and-bolt rotisserie restoration and has been upgraded with
modern technology. Power comes from a new Ford Performance Parts
GEN 2 5.0-liter Coyote engine with Ford Performance Parts control
pack, BC Broncos accessory drive and motor mounts. The engine
exhales through Shorty headers with a complete factory-style dual
exhaust system. The engine is paired with a rebuilt NV4500 5-speed
manual transmission and ATLAS G2 transfer case delivering that
Coyote power to all four wheels. It features a Ron Davis aluminum
radiator with dual electric fans and shroud, an Advanced Adapters
bell housing, and a Centerforce clutch and pressure plate. The body
and chassis were stripped to bare metal. The exterior is finished
with all PPG paint and materials. The chassis was sandblasted and
powder-coated as well. The suspension features stock front and rear
leaf springs that were re-arched with new bushings installed. Both
the front Dana 60 high-pinion axle and the rear Dane 60 axle were
stripped down, sandblasted, powder-coated and rebuilt with all new
bearings, seals and kingpins. Upgraded disc brakes were installed
on all four corners. This F-350 rides on new 17-inch slot U.S. Mags
wheels wrapped in 33x12.50 TOYO Open Country tires. A new American
Auto Wiring harness was installed along with other upgrades,
including a Vintage Air climate-control system, Dakota Digital RTX
gauges and a Retrosound stereo with JL audio amps, door, cab and
sub speakers. This is a fresh two-year restoration and build, with
a few hundred shakedown miles since completion. **TITLE BRANDED AS
