Vehicle Description
This 1969 Pro-Touring-style Mustang is powered by a 427ci aluminum
small-block Ford V8 engine with billet Dailey dry sump and
electronic fuel injection. The V8 is mated to a magnesium NASCAR
spec clutchless 5-speed manual transmission with Gear Vendors
overdrive and Tilton carbon clutch. The interior features a RacePak
dashboard, RECARO seats, hard-coated Lexan front and rear windows,
Fuel Safe fuel cell, FireSense fire suppression system,
custom-fabricated RideTech suspension, triple adjustable RideTech
shocks, 14-inch Baer brakes and Forgeline wheels. The Detroit Speed
rear mini-tubs and subtly flared front fenders allow a 315/30x18
tire all around. The rear seat has been replaced by a lightweight
hand-formed aluminum cover. This Mustang was the personal car of
the owner of RideTech, and all work was done by RideTech craftsmen.
