and is finished in a very desirable red-on-red color combination.
It is a factory Canadian built SS convertible with a L36 427ci
385hp V8 engine mated to a 4-speed wide-ratio manual transmission.
According to GM of Canada, in the 1967 model year at the Oshawa,
Ontario, plant, only 43 Impala SS models and sister car Pontiac
Parisienne 2+2 convertibles were built with the L36 engine. The
restored body, paint, interior and convertible top, along with the
drivetrain, are presented in stock styling. Loaded with options
such as tinted windshield, power 4-way driver's seat, power
windows, heavy-duty front and rear suspension, power brakes, sport
steering wheel with tilt column, power steering, front fender lamp,
HD battery, speed warning indicator, AM/FM radio, auxiliary rear
speaker, front and rear bumper guards, and power top. This Impala
rides on Foose polished aluminum wheels with Nitto NT 555
low-profile tires, 245/40 ZR18 front and 275/35 ZR20 rear. The sale
includes a copy of the GM of Canada factory Build Sheet and letter
stating production numbers.
