Vehicle Description
1986 Hi-Cap Curved Window Land Rover 127; 8-window double-cab
Arizona Desert Edition powered by a rebuilt 3.5-liter V8 engine
mated to its rebuilt original 5-speed transmission with 68,000
kilometers/42,253 miles (the title reads mileage exempt). This Land
Rover was purchased from an Italian production company in 2017 then
sent to Warsaw, Poland, for a full restoration where no expense was
spared in restoring this car back to original. All of the parts
were sourced from Land Serwis, with every nut and bolt restored to
show standards inside, outside and underneath. After the
restoration, this Land Rover was imported through U.S. Customs and
titled in Florida. Under current ownership, this was sent in early
2021 to Dryce Nation in Mount Dora, FL, where the car was treated
to a full underside ice-cleansing by the founder and developer of
the Dryce System, Scott Ales. In the fall of 2021, the car was sent
to legendary Jeep and Defender expert Dennis Collins, owner of
Collins Brothers Jeep, for a no-expense-spared full exterior
customization and the completion of the first-ever Arizona Desert
Edition Defender. Copy of importation paperwork is included in the
sale.
