Vehicle Description
This 1967 Chevelle SS 138 was professionally restored in 2019 and
has 700 miles since completion. This 138-build-code car is powered
by a 396 big-block, including 10:1 compression ratio, SPS rod
bolts, fully balanced dynamically and kinetically rotating
assembly, stainless-steel valves, 268 high-energy competition
camshaft and Edelbrock aluminum intake. The fuel is mixed at the
intake with a Holley Sniper fuel-injection system, with the exhaust
exiting through 2.5-inch Flowmaster 40-series mufflers. The engine
is supported by an aluminum Be Cool dual-fan radiator and
serpentine belt drive system. The engine is backed up with a TKO500
5-speed TREMEC manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear end with 3.73
gears. The Chevelle has gone through some suspension upgrades,
including its 4-wheel Wilwood slotted disc brakes, 4-way adjustable
coilovers, tubular A-arms and power steering. Rolling on 17-inch
Rally wheels and BFGoodrich tires, this SS is painted in
show-quality PPG Torch Red with powder-coated frame and suspension.
Additional features include Classic Auto climate-control system,
