This 1965 Pontiac GTO convertible is an older restoration finished
in Starlight Black exterior with a black vinyl bucket seat interior
and a black soft-top. The original 389ci engine was thoroughly
rebuilt by Torrence Racing Motors and now displaces 402ci. The V8
features a modernized fuel-injection system and is backed by an
automatic transmission with a posi-traction rear end. The GTO has
power steering, power brakes and the correct Rally wheels. Air
conditioning has also been added for increased comfort on hot days,
and paperwork is included for all the upgrades on the car. "Car Of
The Year" window sticker is still on the wind wing.
