This original-body '69 Camaro custom Resto-Mod is the recipient of
a high-quality nut-and-bolt, rotisserie, frame-off
restoration/build finished with two-stage Sikkens paint. It
features a factory cowl hood, doors and all panels gapped, front
and rear side marker lights smoothed, emblem holes filled,
Marquez-design smooth front bumper, powder-coated window trim,
second-generation bullet mirrors, Marquez-design hand-polished
billet turn signals and taillights, smooth firewall and polished
floors. The engine is a Pro-Built aluminum-headed 383ci stroker
featuring polished Edelbrock dual 4-barrel carburetor, polished
Vintage Air serpentine belt system, MSD pro-billet distributor,
MagnaFlow Tru-X stainless exhaust system and a stainless
Pro-Touring fuel tank shifted through a T56 6-speed transmission
and a Ram hydraulic clutch, a G-Force performance crossmember and
Ringbrothers billet black powder-coated hood hinges. Everything's
cool with a Be Cool aluminum radiator and Be Cool polished
overflow. All the power is sent to a new Currie 9-inch Ford
posi-traction rear axle, 2-inch drop spindles, tubular upper and
lower control arms, CPP coilover shocks, close-ratio gearbox and
Global West subframe connectors. Stopping is provided by Wilwood
4-wheel big disc brakes with slotted and cross-drilled rotors. The
black leather Rally Pro-Touring interior is by ProCar with custom
AutoMeter gauges and a Flaming River tilt column with a MOMO
steering wheel. The tunes are provided by an Alpine
AM/FM/CD/MP3/iPod and Infinity Kappa speakers. The Camaro rolls on
new Nitto rubber with awesome Rushforth Night Train wheels, and the
custom trunk upholstery is by Alien Enclosures.
