Vehicle Description
This 1973 Gen-2 split-bumper Camaro was a California car its whole
life prior to receiving a professional frame-off nut-and-bolt
restoration as well as a Resto-Mod build with modern technology.
The body was primer-sealed before being finished in PPG two-stage
base/clear Synergy Green paint with over-the-top vinyl stripes.
Power comes from a 400hp 6.0-liter LS2 V8 engine mated to a TREMEC
T56 6-speed manual transmission with an aluminum driveshaft
connected to a rebuilt 10-bolt rear differential with heavy-duty
posi-traction and 4.11 gears. The upgraded suspension features
powder-coated Global West high-performance tubular upper and lower
control arms, a new sub-frame and stabilizer connector, and front
and rear sway bars. Spent gases exit through new headers feeding a
Flowmaster exhaust system. Other upgrades include a
high-performance radiator with dual fans, power steering and power
disc brakes. The custom upholstered interior is done with suede
with green stitching and features Dakota Digital gauges that need
to be calibrated, electric windows, a Vintage Air climate-control
system and an Alpine Bluetooth stereo system with iPad Mini
integration. This also Camaro has a custom metal hood scoop and
rides on custom Torq Thrust wheels. The sale includes all records,
receipts and the build photos from beginning to end.
