One-of-a-kind, authentic Barris coach-built custom 2005 Dodge
Magnum station wagon. Designed and built by George Barris, "The
King of Kustomizers," and personally used as his shop car. Key
features include four vertical "scissor" doors, a full-top canvas
power sunroof, 4-way air-lift suspension system, custom chrome
wheels etched and painted with the Barris name (24 inches in the
rear and 22 inches up front) with low-profile tires. The front
grille is a custom V-design with chrome-plated slated bars.
Upholstery is a uniquely designed two-tone suede interior in yellow
and black with the Barris signature embroidered into the material.
This car is powered by the original 3.5-liter V6 Dodge engine and a
4-speed automatic transmission. Exterior paint is two-tone in
yellow and silver with pinstriping and custom-painted slotted
taillights. This Dodge Magnum was featured with actor Joe Mantegna
in 2009 in a Barris television pilot filmed by Chief 33 Productions
and was also used in a photo shoot with Taboo of the musical group
The Black Eyed Peas. It has 25,486 actual miles.
