Vehicle Description
This 1970 Chevrolet C10 custom pickup underwent a complete
nut-and-bolt frame-off restoration. Powered by a period-correct
rebuilt 454ci big-block V8 engine with mild cam mated to a rebuilt
GM TH400 transmission, with a custom-built extended driveshaft
bolted to a 12-bolt posi-traction rear differential. Additional
high-performance parts include MSD billet distributor, MSD wires,
MSD ignition blaster coil, MSD Digital 6A ignition box, Painless
wiring kit, Edelbrock Performer 2.0 intake manifold, Chevrolet
finned valve covers, March billet serpentine pulley system,
Edelbrock aluminum water pump, AC Delco alternator, Kirkland
battery, aluminum A/C compressor, aluminum overflow tank,
aftermarket headers, aluminum mechanical fuel pump and new fuel
tank. The Bahama Blue metallic flake exterior was fitted with new
or refurbished components including a front chrome grille, front
chrome bumper, custom LED headlights, rear chrome bumper with
chrome exhaust notches, tailgate, new taillights and housings,
including custom left rear taillight housing serving as the manual
fuel-filler door. Also, the truck was fitted with new window trim,
exterior brightwork (including accents) and emblems. Equipped with
a custom power sunroof and a tonneau cover-fitted 8-foot-long box
with rock guard coating applied. The interior is fitted with
Katzkin diamond-stitched bucket seats, including matching rear
bench seat, door and roof panels, black vinyl padded dash,
instrument cluster (including custom Dakota Digital gauges),
aftermarket Grant GT steering wheel and new grey carpet with black
rubber Chevy floor mats. The interior also comes with new chrome
and brightwork, including accents and emblems, chrome door sill
plates, a custom center console with cup holders, a custom tilt
steering column, new weatherstrip on the doors and new window
sweeps. The sound system includes a Pioneer single-DIN head unit,
front speakers in custom kick-panel enclosures and rear speakers.
