Vehicle Description
Finished in Tahoe Turquoise with an Aqua Blue on white interior,
this 1966 Mustang convertible is an A-code powered by a 289ci
engine with a 4-barrel carburetor, with dual exhaust. Features
include power steering, disc brakes, Ford-Aire factory climate
control with heater, deluxe seat belts, tinted windshield, 2-speed
electric wipers, center console and the optional Rally-Pac gauges.
The exterior has original brightwork as well as a white canvas
electric automatic convertible top, original-style steel wheels and
factory fog lights. The interior includes Pony interior, which was
offered in 1965 and 1966 only. Officially known as the Decor Group
Option, the Pony interior features molded panels, pistol-grip
handles, courtesy lights, walnut-grained vinyl appliques on the
dash, wood-grain steering wheel, chrome, optional console and
embossed galloping Mustangs on all four seatback supports.
