This '66 Chevy II has just over 500 miles since its complete
rotisserie restoration in 2018. Power is provided by a GM
Performance Parts Limited Edition ZZ430 engine (#4 of 430), with
Serial No. 4 valve covers to prove its heritage. True to its
designation, the ZZ430 small-block 350ci V8 engine reliably
delivers 430hp. Power is controlled by a 4-speed manual
transmission with hydraulic clutch and delivered to the rear end by
a 12-bolt 3.73 gear differential. Custom, vintage Torq Thrust
wheels fill the mini-tubbed rear end. Handling is provided by
billet coilovers with a custom-fabricated front suspension and a
4-link rear suspension, as well as 4-wheel disc brakes. The
interior is completely new with the modern comforts of electronic
controls, a Dakota Digital instrument cluster and a Vintage Air
climate-control system. Other notable custom features include a
Billet Specialties Tru Trac serpentine belt system, custom exhaust
with electronic switch-controlled header cutouts and an aluminum
radiator with high-flow electric fan.
