Vehicle Description
This wagon has the correct VC VIN lettering showing that it is an
actual Bel Air model and carries all the correct trim on the
exterior. This wagon is powered by a newly built Chevrolet 383ci V8
stroker engine topped with a matching painted Edelbrock Performer
intake and a new Edelbrock carburetor. The whole engine has been
detailed in a contrasting copper paint that stands out as soon as
you open the hood. The front of this engine is finished with a
billet serpentine belt setup and topped with Billet Specialties
valve covers and air cleaner and is cooled with a new aluminum
radiator with an electric fan. This powerhouse is mated to a 700R4
overdrive automatic transmission painted to match. The car sits on
a Camaro front end with multi-leaf spring rear suspension. The roof
still carries its original white paint and natural patina, while
the body has been repainted in turquoise with a faux patina on the
exterior. The engine bay and interior have a base and clear coat of
the same color. The underside was sealed and undercoated with a
rubberized undercoating. The painted interior has been completely
redone, with the interior floors replaced and then coated in
bedliner before the new carpet and upholstery were installed. The
original seats were redone with distressed brown vinyl with
double-diamond copper stitching, and custom door panels were built
to complement the seats with matching stitching and aluminum trim.
This wagon never fails to draw attention wherever it goes with its
unique style and appearance.
