New to our Pleasanton showroom is this highly impressive 1954
Chevrolet 3600 3/4 Ton Stepside 2 Door Pickup with red exterior
paint, nice chrome accents, a beautiful hardwood bed and a matching
red cloth interior. You'll find a 235 cid six-cylinder engine under
the hood with a four speed manual transmission including a 1st
speed granny gear. This desirable pickup shows nicely in person as
well and with nice performance on the open road, we do not expect
for it to remain available for long at the current asking
price.
Very Original & Coming Off a Beautiful Restoration
The current owner informs us that this 1954 Chevrolet 3600 3/4 Ton
Stepside Pickup acquired it back in 2018 and unfortunately, we do
not know much about its life history. It was a frame off
restoration several years ago to very high levels and the current
owner does believe that the factory-correct drivetrain is still in
place. While we cannot certify that statement, we can tell you that
this gorgeous truck drives beautifully. There is approximately
1,500 miles on the drivetrain since it was fully restored as well,
so this one does not need anything to be enjoyed right away.
In terms of condition, this 1954 Chevrolet 3600 3/4 Ton Stepside
Pickup shows very nicely in person with show-quality paint, super
clean chrome/metal work and a near flawless hardwood bed. There are
a few insignificant imperfections to be found but overall, the
exterior is excellent and really compliments the period-correct
engine compartment and the super-clean interior. Virtually every
aspect of the restoration was completed tastefully and at very high
levels, so there's really no guesswork involved. We do have some
receipts and service records on file as well.
