With its all-black appearance, good fundamentals, and strong small
block power, this 1972 Chevrolet C10 Cheyenne is the cool classic
pickup that delivers exactly what you want.
Black looks good on this truck. This was an upgrade later in life,
and it continues to have the sleek look of quality today. The good
gloss shows off the good sheet metal that makes this such an
attractive classic. Plus, the Cheyenne's full-length trim helps to
highlight the straightness of the panels, and at the same time,
it's a nice bridge between the dark style and the full brightwork.
The bumpers, bezels, and trim look good. The 20-inch US Mags wheels
add to both the shine and sporty attitude. And while this one looks
too pretty to work, the liner paint in the bed is a reminder of a
truck's true purpose.
The full midnight tone continues inside. The seat, door panels,
headliner, and carpeting have all been given solid investments to
make this a nice place to spend some time. We especially like the
correct Cheyenne western-style pattern on the seat and door panels.
There were also more modern upgrades like the Pioneer AM/FM stereo
and the factory A/C has been upgraded to R134a refrigerant (it will
need servicing to blow cold again.) It's also a great driver's
package with a Corvette-style three-spoke steering wheel on a tilt
column. That gives you a good view of the clean full gauge package
with speedo and tach.
The engine bay has the good look of proper small block power. This
350 cubic-inch motor has been upgraded with a Holley Street Avenger
four-barrel carburetor, Weiand Intake, and Hedman headers. This
makes a strong setup that fires eagerly and runs great. And this
one was built to be a true cruiser with a three-speed automatic
transmission, power steering, power brakes w/discs up front, and
the C10's trailing arm rear suspension. Plus, the modern sport
tires give you plenty of added grip.
This is a sleek and upgraded classic truck with an all-around
awesome style. So you know you need to hurry if you want to grab
this deal. Call now!
