Vehicle Description
Take some extra time to go over all the details of this 1967
Chevrolet Chevelle restomod. The metallic paint, upgraded interior,
four-wheel disc brakes, overdrive transmission, and a brand new
strong ATK crate LS-based motor will prove this one has everything
you want already in place.
The upgraded maroon paint has a well-done metallic element that
will radiate the sunlight every time you take it out for a cruise.
Crisp sheet metal, bright chrome, and an iconic hardtop style
really make this one a car people remember. It's a stunner, and
it's also a true restomod. That means plenty of investments in
making sure this is a better driver, and an overall appearance that
won't make you nervous about enjoying it to the fullest. This
chooses a smoother style than an SS tribute, but since it does have
plenty of upgraded power, it can't resist bragging a little with
the dual power dome hood. And there are a few more modern elements
of flair that were subtly added. You see it in places like the LED
halos in the headlights, lowered stance, and the classic-style
American Racing Torq Thrust wheels now have a modern size with the
17/18 inch front/rear setup.
The interior has a dark and tidy setup that's comfortable for
everyone, but you also know this one is made for driving. Good
upholstery, nice door panels, a smooth dash, and a new headliner
make this inviting. There's a fully upgraded AM/FM/USB stereo
system with Bluetooth, and there's also air conditioning (it likely
needs a recharge to blow cold again.) You know this is a driver's
classic when you spot all the right upgrades. This includes a
detachable sports steering wheel on a tilt column, ratchet shifter,
push-button start, and a full upgraded gauge package under the dash
- including a large tach.
The engine bay looks fresh because the motor is fresh. You're
looking at an ATK 5.3-liter crate motor that was installed in
December 2021, and it was an over $5,500 investment. This is a
modern LS-series engine, and ATK utilizes the LM7 variant because
it's a sturdy base for serious power. So it's rated at an
impressive 385 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque today, and it's ready for
some further upgrades whenever you are. It even has the right
supporting components, like an Optima red top battery, an electric
fan, and an aluminum radiator. The motor fires up with an eagerness
that wants to hit the road, and the header-fed H-pipe dual exhaust
makes a terrific tune. The four-speed automatic transmission is a
stout unit that's built to handle big power, and at the same time,
deliver overdrive comfort. This mix of performance and comfort is
also in the power steering, upgraded rear suspension w/sway bar,
and slotted & drilled four-wheel power disc brake system.
We know you want to own the blacktop with the restomod. So if you
