Most real muscle car enthusiasts have a muscle car bucket list, and
if this car isn't on it, they're not real muscle car enthusiasts.
Well, here you have it folks. A 1967 Chevelle SS 396 with a Muncie
4-speed. Yep, this car started life as a True Chevelle SS 396
4-speed car. The current owner is the third owner (the first two
are in the same family) and obtained the car after the big block
had been pulled and a small block was put in its place. He had to
source another 396 (this time from a 1970 Chevelle) and had Warren
Racing Engines go all through it and build the new 396 to a 402
cubic inch. The full engine build sheet is available upon request.
This car also has the stock Muncie that came in the car and the
stock 12 bolt posi-traction rear end. This car has all of its
original sheet metal intact and just needed prepped and painted.
The paint is a Dupont Chroma Base Paint with Spectra Master Red
giving an awesome burgundy paint shade that looks awesome. The 402
now has a Magna Flow X-back stainless-steel exhaust. A new wiring
harness has been installed as well. Under the hood we have a new
radiator, new heater core, all new hoses, new braking system
including new hubs, wheel cylinders, shoes, master cylinder and
brake lines. A new fuel system was installed including lines and
fuel tank. You won't find a nicer one for the price and you
definitely couldn't build one for this price so make some time to
come check it out or ask us how our remote purchases works today.
