This 1963 Chevrolet 409 Bel Air is offered by a private seller and
is located in Riceville, TN. Talk about a great looking and running
"Old-School"! It is an Off-frame restoration classic powered by its
original 409 QA/ 400HP engine wedded to a rebuilt B/W T10 Aluminum
case 4 speed Transmission with original shifter. Rear end encases a
3:55 Posi-traction gearing. It has a new Dual Exhaust System. It
rolls along on new 800/14 BFG Bias ply tires. New Interior includes
Carpets , Door Panels, OEM Seat upholstery, New windshield ,Factory
dash Tach 7000 RPM, New 800 CCA battery, and all just serviced new
oil, filter , grease. New rear Bumper. The classic is currently set
up with a Single Four Barrel carb , correct winters 63 Single 4
barrel aluminum manifold , running a Edlebrock 750 CFM Carb at this
time , with a reproduction 400 HP air cleaner. Included with your
purchase is a 1963 Winters 425HP dual four barrel aluminum manifold
, Correct 1963 ,425 HP numbers dual Carbs and a original 1963 425
HP Air Cleaner, linkage and fuel lines. The QA motor is a 400 HP
motor factory equipped with a single four barrel, while the QB
motor is a 425 HP motor Equipped with two Fours , both of these
motors carried the same cams, heads, block and pistons the only
difference was the carburetors . The odometer reads 48,000 and the
car drives out nice and is a lot of fun , I would be interested in
a Oldsmobile 442 trade , a 64 , 65 ,66 or a 70 would be my main
interest. A former owner rumored that the car was once owned by Bo
