Signet red 1958 Corvette. RESTORATION PROJECT IN PROGRESS. Buy it in progress and and save $$$.New Signet red paint over a nice 1958 Corvette body with nice body lines and panel fit. new dash wiht refirbished guages, nice newer seat covers, new carpet and new door panels. White cove, wide whites wiht spinner caps and newer white soft top. This was a rare power top car, The car has original chrome with patina all the way around that could benifit from being rechromed. We bought the car minus the engine and transmission.
The car retains the original vin and has and aditional assigned vin,The car looks very good on the bottom with great frame and floors, new gas tank and gas lines. The brakes were serviced and have new brake lines.
This car is close to completion for a nice driver or take it to the next level for a show car, We have a nice running 350 cubic engine that we are planing on installing with a 4-speed transmission that we have rebuilt on the shelf.
We are sourcing spears for the trunk and will get back on the project in January unless someone
buys the car for $49,900 firm as it sits. We are willing to throw in the engine and transmission at that price.
