BUILD QUALITY:
• 1500+ hours expended in exhaustive restoration
• Hot-dip galvanized chassis subjected to a three-day sanding process to smooth zinc material before etching and powder coating
• New factory chassis hardware plated in yellow zinc chromate for additional corrosion resistance
• Axle assemblies, differential housings, suspension, and steering components completely stripped, powder-coated, and re-assembled with all new internals, seals, bearings, and bushings.
• Custom gauge face displays only relevant icons, no dormant icons (i.e., glow plug, etc.)
• New factory wiring harnesses, fuse blocks, relays, and control modules
• LS conversion and aftermarket circuitry integrated into factory fuse boxes
• Molex electrical connectors, cross-linked TXL wiring, braided sleeving, heat-shrink terminals, and Fer 1 wiring methodologies employed to ensure electrical robustness and longevity.
