Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1984 Ford F-150 XLT 4X4,
finished in black over a blue cloth interior. This truck has been
under single family ownership since it was bought new in Ellijay,
Georgia. With tasteful modifications abounding, we love the look of
this vintage pickup.
Though it came from the factory with a 302, under the hood now is a
Ford 460 cubic inch power plant. It's true what they say, there is
no replacement for displacement. This truck makes lots of power and
has no trouble lighting up the pavement. The motor is backed by a
Ford C5 transmission and the rear differential is equipped with a
Detroit locker. A true dual exhaust gives the 460 an aggressive
growl. This truck rides on approximately six inches of suspension
lift which allows plenty of room for a set of 35 inch Pro Comp Mud
Terrain tires. A bull bar fitted with fog lights sits over the
front bumper, and a roll bar is fixed in the bed, which has a
spray-in bedliner. Last of the custom touches is a color matched
Lund Visor with lights.
The interior is all original in this rig and is well preserved. The
XLT trim package included all sorts of factory goodies: a tilt
steering wheel with power steering, a tachometer, power doors and
windows, dual fuel tanks (both of which are functional), a radio.
This truck even came with air conditioning, though it's currently
inoperable. The original owners manual and ownercard will accompany
this truck.
With big block power, four wheel drive, a short bed, and a lift
kit, there's not much more you could want in a pickup truck. For
