1993 Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer
The fifth and final generation of Bronco attained infamy when O.J.
Simpson led the police on a car chase through L.A. Before that
though, the three door, hardtop SUV was geared more towards safety
than previous generations of Bronco had been. The fifth generation
was given substantial safety increases. From front crumple zones
and three-point seatbelts to a driver side airbag.
For consignment, an Eddie Bauer edition of the 1993 Bronco from the
blue oval. Many upgrades have been put on during the routine
maintenance life of this vehicle, and that list is available. Nice
two-tone green on cream, sporty wheels and broadcloth interior.

Exterior
Very clean, and a good paint job in Jewel Green Metallic for the
hood cab, sides, and gate, and then some Light Mocha, (tan), is
seen accenting the wheel well surrounds rockers and the top on this
2 door Eddie Bauer Edition. A tan metal top is installed and can be
removed to give you an open-air option. Badging and chrome is
correct and in excellent condition. BF Goodrich all terrain T/A
Radials are on all 4 corners, and wrap large chromed wheels with
locking hubs. A swing away spare is behind the tailgate which has a
power window.
Interior
2 overstuffed broadcloth tan buckets flank a large center console
with a glove box large enough to almost fit a small suitcase! A
leather rear bench which will fold down expanding the already
spacious cargo area is installed behind the buckets. Driver's and
passenger's buckets are powered, and the rear bench seat is in nice
unused condition. Dash setup is standard Ford fare with 2 tone tan
under black. Doors use some tan suede and molded plastic panels and
present in like new condition. Power windows, power mirror, and
power locks are noted by their buttons in the doors. Cruise control
is on the steering wheel. In back a fold down bench also in the
broadcloth stretches from side to side. Good quality carpeting, in
tan color, is covering the floors and rear cargo area.
Drivetrain
A 351ci Windsor V8 with an automatic E40D 4 speed transmission
attached to the back. EFI feeds this mill, and the final drive is
3.55.
Undercarriage
Clean, some surface rust, no structural damage, no holes etc.
Radius arm and coil springs for the front ride and leaf springs for
the back. Power disc brakes are upfront, and power drums on back.
EPA compliant cats are now installed along with stainless brake
lines, hoses, drums, rotors, calipers, pads, and shoes.
Drive-Ability
The test track was no match for this big Bronco. Smooth
acceleration, good handling for a truck and plenty of creature
comforts, and with the recent work runs perfectly and stops on a
dime. The radio does not work and the ABS warning light was
illuminated for the entire drive.
With 77,892 actual miles which appears virtually like new exterior
wise and the interior is very clean. Well cared for, and runs
nicely with plenty of power if you want to rock and climb!
