Vehicle Description
Arguably, this is the nicest '69 Chevrolet C10 resto-mod pickup
you'll ever have an opportunity to own. It's an over-the-top,
highly modified example, with a late model, 6 liter (366 C. I.) LS
engine, freshly rebuilt and mated with a robust 4L60E automatic
overdrive transmission, delivering lots of power with great road
manners. The equipment installed on this one reads like a Christmas
wish list for any true C10 lover. The 6 Liter LS engine was
completely rebuilt with a Comp Cam and upgraded internal
components. The engine compartment is stunning with a show winning
look. To handle the extra torque, the 4L60E 4 Speed automatic
transmission was rebuilt to easily handle the extra horsepower of
the LS Engine, making a powerful and reliable powertrain. Upgrades
include power steering and power front disc brakes. Unlike most
C-10's, the push button electric emergency brake actually works!
The new power steering box is a quick ratio, giving the truck great
parking lot manners and high speed highway
performance.Thermostatically controlled Derale Dual electric Fans,
with a special Griffon LS radiator, keep it cool in the summer,
even in stop and go traffic.HPT Computer Programmer (included with
Truck), allows fine tuning of the powertrain control module for
maximum performance and reliability. The entire dual exhaust system,
including headers, is ceramic coated and will look brand new for
many years to come. The 3:42 to 1 Posi-Trac Rear Differential with
Moser Axles mates perfectly with the 4L60E transmission, putting
power on the ground.CPP Lower Suspension and 1.25" Sway Bar at Rear
of Truck improves handling, both on city streets and
highways.Stainless Steel 19 Gallon Fuel Tank at Rear of Truck Under
Back of Box, eliminating the corrosion potential of the original
factory tank, helping to keep fuel clean when stored for the
winter.Billet Specialties 20" polished alloy wheels are shod with
255/45R20 Toyo Proxes - ST 111 tires on the front, and 295/40R20
Toyo Proxes - ST 111 on the rear. The paint must be seen to be
appreciated. No expense was spared in creating a flawless, black
and white livery. This one is definitely show quality - a 10 out of
10.The bright trim is factory fresh, including new chrome bumpers.
Body panels are all original from 1969, with a front grill from a
1971 model for a cleaner look. The solid oak bed of this truck is
complemented with stainless steel trim, and is an excellent match
for the paint, both in terms of quality and aesthetics. Interior
upgrades make this one very comfortable, while keeping the original
character of the C10 intact. The original AM radio was replaced
with a sound system that will blow you away. Equipment includes
bucket seats with Center Console, Pioneer Stereo with Amp and
Sub-woofer, new Vintage Air and Heat, Tinted Glass, Power Windows,
Tilt Steering Wheel, and Cruise Control. Shoulder harness and seat
belts have also been installed, along with a complete Dakota Dash
upgrade, eliminating the old unreliable mechanical gauges and
replacing them with electronic gauges that complement the
instrument panel. The Dakota HDX gauges include speedometer,
tachometer, oil pressure gauge, ammeter, water temp, fuel level,
and a clock that actually keeps correct time! If you're looking for
the ultimate C10, this is it. There's not a nicer one on the
