1968 Rambler American Many thousands of dollars have been spent on
this nut and bolt restoration of a rust free 1968 Rambler American
two-door sedan. The restoration has been down to an ultra-high
level, the car is nicer than it would've been in new car condition
in 1968! Absolutely no expense spared ...the exterior, the
interior, the engine bay, trunk compartment, chassis, frame, floor
panels etc. The car is pristine. Period correct 'Torque Command
'six cylinder engine mated to an AMC Borg Warner three speed
automatic transmission. Some upgrades in addition consisting of new
KYB shocks, new exhaust with magna flow muffler,'Scarebird' front
disc brakes, Pertronix ignition, custom auto sound stereo with
remote head control. The car sits on a new set of Rambler styled
wheels, BFG Silver Town redline tires that complement it nicely.
Turnkey condition, everything is operating as it should. None nicer
anywhere.
