This 2017 Shelby GT350R was acquired new by the current owner in California and is powered by a 5.2-liter Voodoo V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential. Finished in Ruby Red over black upholstery, the car is equipped with 19? carbon-fiber wheels, two-piece cross-drilled brake rotors with Brembo calipers, a front splitter, and a carbon-fiber rear wing as well as Recaro seats, a touchscreen infotainment system, and a Shaker sound system. This GT350R has 2,100 miles and is now offered on dealership consignment with factory literature, memorabilia, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.
The track-focused GT350R features aerodynamic bodywork including a Shelby-branded front splitter, a vented hood, a carbon fiber rear wing, front fender vents, and revised side skirts. This example is finished in Ruby Red and features a reverse camera, HID headlamps, LED taillights with sequential indicators, quad exhaust outlets, and GT350R badging. Scrape marks are present on the front splitter.
Factory 19? carbon-fiber wheels are mounted with 305/30 front and 315/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires that show 2016 date codes. Stopping power is provided by red-finished Brembo calipers fitted over two-piece cross-drilled rotors. Factory equipment includes a MagneRide active damping system, an independent rear suspension, an aluminum front shock tower brace, and line-lock launch control along with stiffer springs compared to the contemporary GT350.
The bolstered Recaro seats are trimmed in black cloth with Miko suede inserts and red stitching, and the R model features deleted rear seating. Amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, a touchscreen infotainment system, a Shaker sound system, and power windows and door locks. A plaque mounted to the dash designates this GT350R as chassis HR241.
An Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel features a red centering stripe and sits ahead of a 200-mph speedometer, a digital multifunction display, and a tachometer with a 8,250-rpm redline, while analog gauges monitoring oil pressure and temperature are stationed on the center stack. The digital odometer indicates 2,100 miles.
The 5.2-liter Voodoo V8 was rated at 526 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque when new and features a flat-plane crankshaft, Ti-VCT variable valve timing, and dual overhead camshafts. A plaque on the passenger-side valve cover lists the engine builders’ names.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential with 3.73:1 gearing. Additional photos of the underbody are presented in the gallery.
The window sticker lists factory colors and equipment along with a total price of $68,040. A scale model of the engine’s flat-plane crankshaft with a stand showing the car’s chassis number is also included in the sale, along with a Shelby GT350 ownership box and factory memorabilia.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in California.
