GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this stunning 1997 Chevrolet Camaro for your consideration. In 1997, GM produced 957 30th Anniversary SS Camaros(white w/orange stripes). To add icing to the cake in commemorating this anniversary, SLP Engineering offered up 100(in the US) Camaro SS's equipped with the mighty LT4 powertrain. Plucked from the Corvette Grand Sport, the highest performing Corvette for 1996, it produced 330 horsepower. With the SS's forced induction, free flow stainless steel headers and exhaust system, and each LT4 motor blue-printed by SLP engineers before installation, these motors produced more than what they were advertised. With performance comparable to the ZR-1(King of the Hill) of the time, the Camaro SS LT4 helped write the next chapter in the Camaro's legacy. These vehicles represented a small group of highly exclusive factory-approved road rockets that would outperform practically any of its contemporaries. Of the 100 LT4 Camaro masterpieces produced, we present you car serial number # 007.

Camaro ss LT4 alteration includes:

-330 hp, balanced and blueprinted, 5.7 liter LT4 V8 engine

-Stainless steel exhaust manifolds

-Lightweight performance flywheel

-Lightweight performance driveshaft

-High-strength ring and pinion gears

-Hurst 6 speed, short throw shifter

-Engine oil cooler

-Torsen limited-slip differential

-Quaker State synthetic lubricants

-BF Goodrich Comp T/A 275/40ZR17 tires

-Level II Bilstein sport suspension for improve handling/ride quality. Due to the higher horsepower and torque generated by the LT4 engine, these special editions were only available with the hard top. Only two options were available (Comp T/A R1 tires and the level III Bilstein Ultra Sport Suspension package)
