For Sale: 1972 Chevrolet C10 in Lithia Springs, Georgia

Vehicle Description

This 1972 Chevrolet C10 Cheyenne has a terrific two-tone style of a true classic, but the sporty stance also lets you know there's much more going on ether. So everything from the bucket seat A/C interior to the upgraded shining V8 power is all about a total package of a vintage truck that can be driven with an all-around appeal.

Two-tone themes always look terrific in C10 trucks. So it's great to find one that was born Glenwood Green and Frost White. But this classic two-tone benefits from a modern respray. It means you get a good gloss to show off all those classic lines. And this one really enjoys showing off its vintage style with bright chrome bumpers, full trim, and crisp body lines. We especially like the true 1970s-style premium appearance of the wood-like trim running the full length of the rockers and across the tailgate. But this Chevy has plenty of modern appeal. The bed has been protected with genuine Rhino Lining, and in the middle, you can see the gas cap for the re-relocated gas tank (always a desirable feature.) And the 20-inch US Mags wheels not only give this plenty of added style, but it means you have the kind of improved tires you want on a true cruiser.

The bold exterior green returns inside on the metal parts of the dash and doors, and now it's joined by a tasteful black. The first thing you'll notice is the sport truck bucket seat upgrade with a center console in-between. It makes for a great driver's setup. The same goes for the three-spoke sports steering wheel and clean gauges with desirable tach in the center. And this even has great classic details, like the western style pattern in the seats and more wood-like trim on the door cards. But you can also pick up on well-integrated more modern investments. The carpeting, dash, and other fundamentals feel fresher. There's a retro-style AM/FM/cassette stereo, and the factory-style air conditioning is blowing cold with modern R134a refrigerant.

The engine bay is built to impress. The smooth and dark inner walls funnel all your attention to the show-ready shine of all the V8's polished components. This is a 350 cubic-inch small block that we're told was upgraded to a 383ci stroker motor (and the way it runs reaffirms the upgrade.) It also includes the right go-fast goodies like aluminum heads, QFT four-barrel carburetor, polished intake, and Hooker headers. It's also supported by the right pieces like MSD digital ignition, a Blaster 2 coil, an aluminum radiator, electric cooling fans, and polished pulleys on a serpentine belt system. The motor runs with confidence, and the H-pipe dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers gives you a terrific tune. Plus, with a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes w/discs up front, and the C10 trailing arm rear suspension, it's easy to enjoy this great-looking truck everywhere.

This C10 has the style and substance that makes for a terrific driver that turns heads at every stoplight. Don't let this one slip away, call today!
