The Datsun "Z" cars have a long and proud reputation for providing spirited performance and nimble handling combined with an undeniable fun factor. Collectors and enthusiasts both have witnessed their dramatic increase in value over the last few years. This well preserved and un-restored original example comes to us from a family who kept it safe for over 33 years. The current odometer reading shows just over 25,000 miles, as the car is over 10 years old it must be sold as "mileage exempt" in Texas. The optional 5-speed transmission is preferred on these cars as it provides much improved highway driving with no over revving. The air conditioning system was dealer installed when the car was new, the often discarded factory Hitachi AM-FM stereo is still intact and also operates as new. A common problem on these cars is cracking on the dash pad, this one is perfectly preserved as are the seat covers and door panels. Aside from some very light sun fade on the carpeting, the interior presents extremely well. Presented in its original factory code 306 Silver Metallic with black interior.
