1966 Ford Mustang (#678) This Mustang has been restored and is in
good running/driving condition with lots of new parts. California
car with a clean CA title in hand. T code - original 6 cylinder car
has been properly converted to a V8 with three speed automatic
transmission. BODY: Paint is base/clear 2 stage Ford Magnetic
Metallic with Ford Shadow Black stripes. Brand new Shelby exterior
kit installed including: Hood scoop, side scoops, G.T.350 billet
tail panel emblem, Cobra fender emblems, chrome bullet mirrors,
G.T.350 California black plate (vanity purpose plate only, original
CA plates included with car), billet Cobra fuel cap and billet
grille. New parking lamps have also been installed. Late Model
Mustang 16x8 aluminum alloy multi-spoke wheels with tri bar
knock-offs. Tires are ContiPro Contact 205/55/16, tread is
excellent. Remaining exterior chrome trim parts are original and in
good shape. Brand new American Autowire full replacement wire
harness installed. All exterior lighting, turn signals and brake
lights all function properly. ?ENGINE: The engine is a replacement
302 cubic inch V8. Engine has been rebuilt to original factory
specifications. Mileage on engine is estimated 15-20,000. Engine
has a brand new reproduction Autolite 2100 two barrel carburetor,
Accel electronic ignition package including: Points eliminator kit,
chrome Super Stock coil and 8.8 Accel spiral spark plug wires and
spark plugs. Chrome engine dress up kit, chrome Summit Racing high
output alternator, Perma Cool chrome flex fan and pulley, rebuilt
Valuecraft water pump, new starter solenoid and battery. Recent oil
change and coolant flush. Exhaust is cast iron manifolds running
into 2 1/4 inch x pipe with Flowmaster 40 series mufflers and
turn-downs. Car has a nice crisp rumble. Transmission is a rebuilt
OEM C4 three speed automatic transmission with a B&M Racing
Megashifter. Shifts great thru all gears no issues. INTERIOR: The
interior has been redone with standard black seat upholstery, new
center console, new door panels, new dash pad, new headliner, new
kick panels, new floor mats, new turn signal switch, new headlamp
switch, new starter switch with tumbler, new heater core with new
heater hose and heater box installed. Retrosound direct fit stereo
AM/FM/AUX installed with Kenwood 6x9 rear shelf speakers. Horn,
windshield wipers, interior lighting, heater and gauges all
function. All windows roll up and down properly. ?
BRAKES/SUSPENSION: Brakes are power disc/drum with new brake
booster master cylinder and front pads installed. Rear brakes have
been inspected, shoes are good. Parking brake is in working order.
Car stops very nicely. Front suspension has been redone with new
grab-a-trak upper/lower control arms, front coil springs and
bushing kit. New KYB shocks/struts installed front and rear. Manual
steering car, no power assist. Fuel sending unit replaced with used
OE unit Trunk is clean no rust with OE plaid style trunk mat and
