This is a beautiful, original and un-restored D-Code 1964 1/2
Mustang Coupe!!! It is still wearing it's beautiful, rare and
original Poppy Red paint with the beautiful, original and correct
Black Vinyl standard bucket seat interior! It was produced on July
1st, 1965 at the Dearborn, Michigan assembly plant. It was sold
through the San Jose, California zone office when new. It has the
original D-Code 289cu in V8 with the four barrel carburetor and the
desirable factory 4 speed manual transmission. It also has the
correct conventional 3.00:1 rear axle. It is in incredible original
condition overall and runs and drives like you would expect it
should! Although the title is exempt on the miles it is believed
that the odometer reading of 51,061 is the actual miles and as you
inspect it in person you would see it is very believable. The
original paint is in excellent condition showing just a few areas
of slight rub through and just a few chips here and there but
nothing that needs to be fixed. The car is also incredibly rust
free overall and underneath the car is dry, clean and not
undercoated too!!! We just purchased it from a large collection
that it has been in for a few years. If you are into originality
and understand that they are only original once then you will
appreciate the rarity of this beautiful Mustang coupe!!!
