Collectible Motor Car of Atlanta is pleased to offer this sweet
1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. The popular second-gen Camaro is pony
car that was produced from 1970 through the 1981. The 1979 Z28s
came with a front spoiler and fender flares much like its Pontiac
Trans Am twin had, and came with "Z28" decals that ran from the
beginning of the front flares to the bottoms of the doors. Sales
for 1979 Camaro were the highest ever for any generation Camaro
before or since, numbering 282,571 cars.
The Camaro Z28 we have here is finished in tidy Antique White with
Blue Z28 stripes over clean Light Blue interior. Though the Z28 was
born with a 350c.i. V8, powering this one is a fire-breathing
Chevrolet Performance 454c.i. big block V8 crate engine backed by a
3-Speed automatic transmission. An upgraded aluminum radiator keeps
things cool and an MSD ignition provides the spark. This pony sits
on nice Cragar wheels giving it a subtle street look. The 2nd Gen
Camaros are on fire in the marketplace so don't delay on this one!
