This Corvette has undergone a meticulous build over a 5-year period with over 10,000 labor hours involved. Under the hood sits an electronic fuel-injected 454ci GM LSX V8 engine rated at 627hp and 586 ft/lbs of torque. Power is sent to the massive tires out back through a GM 4L80E automatic transmission and a Ford 9-inch rear end with limited-slip differential inside an aftermarket FAB9 housing. The Corvette is equipped with air conditioning, rack & pinion steering and disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors on all four corners. This Resto-Mod Corvette features a custom grafted 1957 front end, upswept tail, 2-inch channeling, silver paint finish, removable hardtop, Billet Specialties wheels, flush bumpers, custom grille and electronically powered hood.
