For Sale at Auction: 1935 Chevrolet Custom in Scottsdale, Arizona
Highly modified custom featuring an all-steel body with 3.5-inch
chopped top. Powered by a 1996 Corvette LT1 350ci fuel-injected V8
engine fed by 20-gallon stainless-steel fuel tank. The V8 is backed
by a 700R4 automatic transmission with custom-built Ford 9-inch
rear end and 4.10 posi-traction rear end. The custom Chevy rides on
Kugel stainless front suspension with coilovers and a custom
torsion bar rear suspension. Braking power is provided by Wilwood
4-wheel disc brakes, and the '35 features real 1960s American
Racing Mag wheels widened to 8 inches up front and 10 inches in the
rear. The custom interior features Vintage Air climate control,
Dakota Digital gauges, a 10-speaker stereo system, power windows,
tilt steering column, genuine leather upholstery and custom
overload console. The exterior features a Dan Fink stainless-steel
grille, and the car is painted in Montana Blue with custom flames.
This custom is the recipient of multiple awards throughout the
Pacific Northwest, including the Forest Grove Concours d'Elegance
winner, Portland Roadster Show Grand Sweepstakes winner and Hall of
Fame inductee, Goodguys PPG Dream Car Award as well as Eugene
Autorama's Most Beautiful Hotrod.
