This rare custom 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air 4-door Hardtop is now
available from the MAXmotive Pittsburgh Showroom. Sporting a
combination of 1993 Ford Iris and 99A Jet Black exterior paint with
staggered-sized Cloyes black chrome wheels, this Bel Air has a look
all its own. The car was carefully constructed by its owner and
driven just 16927 miles. Build receipts are included. And it has
the hardware too. A rebuilt, 4-bolt main 350 small block was
upgraded with an Edelbrock four-barrel on a polished aluminum
Edelbrock intake. Inside are forged pistons and a Summit cam. A
beefed Turbo 350 automatic transmission with heavy duty sprag is
set up to live behind 600 horsepower for your peace of mind. A
handsome black bench seat highlights the interior. Comfort is
further enhanced with air conditioning by Southern Air, while power
rack & pinion steering and power front disc brakes enhance the
driveability. Classic Instruments electronic gauges go with the
clean appearance of the delete dash, and 2-speed electric wipers
offer modern convenience. The Pioneer audio unit hides in the glove
compartment, but ably powers 4 speakers and is Carplay capable.
Painless Wiring handles all the electrical work neatly and
reliably, and an instruction manual is included. The just-right
stance is 2 inches lower than stock. Polished stainless hardware is
found throughout the build and a 2� inch stainless exhaust system
with polished tips shines in both appearance and sound. This one
was built to cruise in comfort while scoring big in the appearance
