This 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu looks terrific with super-slick
paint, a bold A/C interior, four-on-the-floor, and a fully built V8

Malibu was the top model of Chevelle, and this hardtop certainly
has an upper-class feeling. The silver paint has a clean and modern
luster. It radiates with quality, revealing a crisp body with
straight panels and excellent gaps. There's plenty of well-done
brightwork on the grille, trim, and mirror-like bumpers to
complement the paint... even the headlights are upgraded to add to
this sparkling package! But this one is about more than just
radiance. The upgraded cowl hood shows off this one's Super Sport
style attitude. And you really see this upgrade thanks to the red
striping. And speaking of hot streaks, the full-length red
pinstriping ends in a cool flamework on the rear fenders. The full
package comes together with the 17-inch Billet Specialties alloys
that unite the shine and sporty side of this coupe that just makes

The red accents on the exterior get you ready for the full red
interior. There has been a solid investment here so that the seats,
carpeting, dash, headliner, and door panels keep a stock look with
a fresh feel. This is a driver-oriented setup with a grippy
three-spoke steering wheel, a floor shifter, and a full set of
modern gauges - including the large tach. There's an upgraded
retro-style AM/FM digital tuner with an upgraded speaker system.
There was also a recent addition of a full air conditioning system
within the last year. So you can already imagine rolling down all
the windows on this pillarless hardtop and staying cool while
looking ultra-cool behind the wheel.
Under the hood, the smooth color-matched inner walls continue the
quality feel of this build. But what you'll really be impressed
with is the powerful heart at the center. You have a 355 cubic-inch
V8, and it's a full performance build that was complete at the end
of 2012. It was enhanced and fortified with Speed Pro pistons, Moly
rings, a Skat crankshaft, Skat rods, a Comp Cams camshaft, Comp
Cams lifters, double roller timing chain, Isky cam plate, Melling
oil pump, Mahle main bearings & rods, bronze valve guides, Z/28
valve springs, and more. It's topped with a new Holley Street
Avenger four-barrel carburetor and an Edelbrock Performer RPM
intake, and it exhales with added power and authority with Hooker
headers. So it's a strong total package, and it declares this power
as the V8 fires up eagerly with a nice tune out of the dual
exhaust. The four-speed manual transmission gives you complete
control over this big power V8 and its soundtrack. This machine was
built to drive, and so you have great anytime features. This
includes power steering, power brakes w/discs up front, sway bars
front & rear, and modern performance tires.
