Vehicle Description
Completed in 2021, this 1970 Chevelle underwent a full frame-off
Pro-Touring build and is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter LT5 V8
engine producing 755hp and 715 ft/lbs of torque. Power is sent to
the rear wheels via a TREMEC 6-speed manual transmission. The
Chevelle features a high-performance Heidts independent rear
suspension to maximize handling. The LT5 engine exhales through a
fully polished stainless-steel exhaust system and the engine
compartment features a custom-fabricated firewall and hood panels
with aluminum Ringbrothers hood hinges. The hood has been custom
modified with additional vents for improved engine cooling, while
the front spoiler and rear wing provide improved airflow and
additional downforce. The original frame has been completely
boxed-in and bodyworked smooth, and then fitted with a Pro-Touring
setup that employs Viking adjustable coilover springs with tubular
A-arm suspension and a custom front sway bar. The front suspension
has taller front spindles for better geometry leading to improved
handling. Braking power comes by way of 15-inch Wilwood disc brakes
with 6-piston calipers on all four corners. The Chevelle rides on
20-inch wheels with Michelin Sport tires and has power steering.
The black and white two-tone interior features a Dakota Digital
dash set up with 30 light color-changing options, a custom TMI dash
pad, Vintage Air climate control, Bluetooth stereo, tinted glass
and bucket seats. The complete car has soundproofing added
throughout. The trunk is also fitted with a full TMI interior kit.
The paint job on the car is stunning.
