Fuel-injected V8 power, an overdrive transmission, four-wheel disc
brakes, and an overall upgraded style headline this 1970 Chevrolet
C10 restomod. So if you're looking for a classic truck that checks
all your boxes, dig deeper into this one.
You can see from the pictures that silver delivers a subtle
elegance in the first impression. Today the good gloss strikes a
nice balance of good shine to show off flared fenders and an
overall driver-quality sense. After all, a true restomod is made to
be enjoyed on a whim. The other point of a restomod is to mix your
favorite vintage elements with modern pieces. So you have classic
appeal with bright chrome bumpers and a touch of two-tone with the
white roof. These are joined by the upgraded grille, clear tail
lights, and a full tonneau cover the bed (you'll also notice the
filler cap in the bed because the fuel tank was moved to the rear.)
And it's hard not to get the impression of an upgraded pickup when
it's sitting on 20-inch wheels with red brake calipers in front,
and wider tires in the rear.
The interior has a great feeling of vintage and premium all wrapped
in a fresher package. You've got some iconic Chevy pieces, like the
houndstooth fabric inserts on the seats, and there's the C10's
premium western-style pattern on the door panels. You even have the
ultra-desirable bucket seat and center console upgrade from the
sports truck package. The radio is a modern AM/FM/CD unit with USB
input for the best in driving music. You'll slip behind the NK4
Chevy sports steering wheel, and beyond that, the carbon fiber trim
houses a crisp Omega Kustoms gauge panel that will keep you fully
informed about what's going on under the hood.
The engine bay continues this truck's custom attitude with a smooth
and clean style that really knows how to put this modern motor on
display. It's a 6.0-liter fuel-injected Vortec V8. This is an
excellent motor to have because it was more recently one of the
larger/premium V8 for GM trucks. It was installed correctly with
the right pieces, like an aluminum radiator w/electric fans, proper
wiring, and a nice set of BBK headers feeding the dual exhaust. The
modern 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission is the right pairing
to handle the power and deliver overdrive comfort. The everyday
likeability in this classic is further enhanced by four-wheel power
disc brakes, power steering, and the trailing arm rear suspension
that made these C10s better riders.
This is the iconic C10 style done with plenty of added flair and
real fuel-injected substance. So it's a great total package you
need in your garage. Call today!!!
