GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this British-made luxury
Jaguar XJ6 for your consideration. It has an excellent black
exterior color with a pristine interior doeskin color, embodying
the luxury feel it was designed to portray. In 2012, this Jaguar
got a full engine rebuild, complete with all documentation. In
addition to those documents, the current owner has a full
collection of service records, original manuals, photos, and
newspaper clippings from the vehicle's initial advertisements. The
XJ6 also has power steering in addition to power brakes. The owner
also has kept the original wheels and left them in the trunk for
the new owner to have.
The Jaguar XJ is a series of full-size luxury cars produced by
British automobile manufacturer Jaguar Cars (becoming Jaguar Land
Rover in 2013) from 1968 to 2019. It was produced across five basic
platform generations (debuting in 1968, 1986, 1994, 2003, and 2009)
with various updated derivatives of each. This particular example
is a Series 3. Production of the six-cylinder Series III XJs
continued until early 1987, after which it was replaced by the
all-new XJ40, while production of 12-cylinder Series III XJs
continued until 1992.
