Only 6,828 miles on a rotisserie restoration. It has everything you
want: it's full of options, sharp looking and an exceptional
driver. This one really "feels" right when you use it. In May 2021
it had a complete inspection and service. The radiator and block
were flushed, new plugs, wheel bearings were repacked, air
conditioning was serviced and power steering pump was replaced. My
brother drove it home one night and decided to keep it for the
week. He said it is an amazing driver, very reliable and
functional.
EXTERIOR: Clean original metal. We have pictures of the car before
and during the restoration. The bare shell was flipped on a
rotisserie and made to look new. It's straightand fits right. A
stainless nut and bolt kit was used. Painted a smooth and glossy
Viper red. It has some hand pinstripes. Minimal 150 trim for a
clean look, no hood rockets. It has California one piece bumper
with billet tips tips. The trim and chrome was all replaced or
restored. Upgraded halogen headlights, LED tail lights and a 3rd
brake light. Intro billet wheels, 15s in front and 16s in back. New
smoked glass. New weatherstrips and seals.
INTERIOR: Gutted then lined with Thermoshield sound deadener. The
leather seats are from a Cadillac, both are 8 way power with lumbar
support. Custom center console with shifter. Billet trim on the
dash. The a/c looks factory from inside using the same type vents
and controls. The control panel looks oriLeather LeCara steering
wheel on an Ididit tilt column. Ron Francis wiring harness and fuse
panel. The front windows are power. Custom Audio stereo with a 10
disc changer. Custom redo from floor to ceiling.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Super reliable GM crate motor. It's a 350HO
making 330 horsepower. These motors come from GM fully assembled,
they even have oil in them. The part number tag is still attached
to the side of the motor. On top is an aluminum intake, Holley carb
with electric choke and HEI ignition system. It also has Sanderson
powder coded block hugger headers. It's dressed up with flame
inscribed chrome air cleaner, valve covers and plug wire holders.
In front of the motor it has a Vintage Air heat and a/c system, 605
power steering, billet brackets and chrome alternator. A Griffin 4
core aluminum radiator, engine fan and electric pusher fan keeps it
cool. It has a custom designed radiator support. Modern power brake
booster and master cylinder. Updated Newport Engineering electric
wipers. The metal surfaces are painted glossy.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Wall to wall carpet. There is a rear panel that
opens and that's where you find the Optima battery, the cables run
inside the frame to the engine compartment. It includes a premium
flannel lined car cover.
UNDERSIDE: The body was removed from the frame and flipped on a
rotisserie. The underside is all clean metal painted red. The
chassie is restored in semi gloss black. The front end has been
completely rebuilt and it has 2 inch drop spindles, upgraded sway
bar and gas shocks. In back it also has a sway bar and relocated
gas shocks. The brakes are all redone. It has disc in front, the
e-brake assembly is hooked up, brake lines are stainless. The
exhaust is aluminized with a crossover pipe, stainless Borla
mufflers and flared chrome tips. The fuel system is all new
including the tank, straps, sending unit and stainless fuel lines.
Looking up at the motor it's clean, it has a mini high torque
starter. The transmission is a rebuilt 700R-4 overdrive automatic
with TCI lock up switch. The rear end is original with highway
friendly gears.
This is going to make someone very happy. Looks great and drives
even better! It would cost $100,000 to duplicate.
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for
virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant
amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my
professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure
your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do
a walk around video that explains the car's condition in
detail.
**These cars are displayed in a museum. If interested in a
particular car make an appointment with a salesman to see that car.
Without an appointment there is an admission fee to enter the
showroom. If you buy a car, your admission will be refunded and you
