Deluxe 2 Door Coupe with red exterior paint, gorgeous airbrushed
flames and metalwork plus a very nice custom black leather
interior. You'll find a 350 cid LT1 V-8 engine under the hood with
a Turbo 400 automatic transmission, power steering, power front
disc brakes, cold air conditioning, and a Viper security system.
This gorgeous, fully overhauled '40 Deluxe is in fantastic overall
condition as well and it is ready to be driven, shown off and
enjoyed.
Extensive Mechanical & Cosmetic Customizations
The current owner of this 1940 Ford Deluxe Coupe acquired it back
in 2019 shortly after it underwent an extensive restoration effort
including professional custom paint, chrome work, plus fully
overhauling the drivetrain, suspension, braking systems and every
other aspect of this classic vehicle. The custom flame work looks
good in the photographs and outstanding in person, and you'll only
find the slightest of imperfections from occasional driving. The
odometer shows 27,148 miles and it was likely reset at the time of
the restoration, plus we also have several receipts on file to show
that this classic was maintained properly since that time.
