This 1984 Chevy K10 Silverado Short Box is a nicely restored truck
and is also Ls Swapped with a 5.3L V8. This truck spent its life in
Alabama before it went to NY in 2018 when it was restored. This was
a clean and solid truck before it was restored and the truck looks
beautiful restored. This was a quality restoration with an awesome
LS Swap! The body on this truck is clean and straight with what we
believe is all of the original GM Steel. When restored it was
professionally repainted in the GM colors of Dark Blue and Light
Slate Metallic. The paint looks fantastic and it looks like the
truck was taken apart when painted. All fo the trim and moldings
were replaced when it was painted and still look new. The bed was
Rhino Lined and the underside is also extremely clean and solid.
The interior is also in excellent condition. It has new seat
upholstery, restored door panels,, new carpet, new headliner, and a
new dash cover. It also has new door and window seals. Headlights,
tail lights, blinkers, and brake lights are working. It has heat
and AC but the AC is not currently blowing cold (AC system is
complete). Since this is an LS Swap all of the gauges and Speedo
work through the electronic control display. Other than the
aftermarket Fuel Injection display, the interior is very stock.
Mechanically this truck is excellent! The truck runs and drives
awesome and has tons of power with the LS engine. This truck
actually came with a Diesel engine which is a bonus for any of you
with emissions to worry about. The Vin will show a diesel truck.
The engine currently in this truck is a 5.3L LS V8 that was
professionally installed. The engine had under 100K on it when
installed according to the last owner. He added the Holley
Terminator X Max Fuel injection system which is a very desirable
addition and allows you to change tune settings and see all aspects
of what is happening with the engine. Other than that it appears to
be stock except for the headers, dual exhaust, and cold air intake.
The transmission is the 4L60E Automatic that shifts nice and it is
mated to the np241c transfer case. The 4WD works like it should. It
has 10 Bolt Axles front and rear and we believe 3.73 Gears. It also
has a 4 Inch Rancho lift with new shocks. This is all sitting on 4
nice factory Rallye Wheels with 33 Inch mud terrain tires. What a
beautiful truck!!
