This Chevrolet Stylemaster is a '48 Chevy coupe that has been
partially restored. The owner has carefully preserved the classic
Chevy for the last 56 years. The solid, straight exterior received
a full re-spray of metallic Red (2014) that is accented with nice
chrome and steel wheels that mount white wall radials w/full wheel
covers. (Original hubcaps are also included.) When you sit behind
the wheel and look out over that long hood, it is 1948. The
restored tan cloth interior has new upholstery and nice carpeting,
door panels and headliner. The classic dash retains all of the
factory instrumentation and a JVC AM/FM/CD stereo system has been
installed. A clean engine compartment houses what is said to be a
rebuilt 235ci 'stovebolt' six that sounds great. It provides torque
through a three-speed manual gearbox w/column shift to a stock
differential. All electrics have been converted to 12-volts and
4-wheel hydraulic drum brakes provide stopping power. The front
suspension is coil springs w/sway bar and leaf springs handle rear
suspension requirements. This '48 Chevy is ready for a new owner
who will appreciate our classic Stylemaster coupe. ALL VEHICLES
SOLD "AS IS".
