The Fairlane had some terrific style, and the brightwork has plenty to do with it. This Club Sedan has beautiful wraparound chrome bumpers, and the body panels remain straight, so the full-length trim appears like an almost unbroken piece. As this trim continues onto the rear, it helps develop into a stylish tailfin. And the afterburner-style taillights are pure jet-age cool. The half-mirror headlight and bright dual exhaust tips are some nice hints at some custom style. But what we like best are the wheels. The classic Ford wheel covers have plenty of style, and the darker blue color of the wheels looks great against the smooth light blue paint to give the exterior a hint of two-tone.
